No Nocs are manufactured from closed cell polyurethane that is non absorbent and is fire retardant. Vinci Construction is one of many large construction companies that now insist that all low level access equipment is protected  by the no nocs scaffold bumper system to prevent costly damage to finished walls.

One of our best selling products of 2014 was our award winning S.T.A Ladder (pronounced STAR) safe truss installation system.

Consisting of a heavy duty Class 1 industrial grade double extension ladder this product solves a known issue within the construction sector I.E The safe installations of roof trusses

Safe Instalation of roof trusses.

. In the past this has been achieved by a joiner building an adhoc ladder arrangement while climbing the trusses to nail diagonal timber battens to secure the roof truss. This method was inherently unsafe and was widely accepted within the building industry as a weak point in the drive for safe working at height.

In conjunction with a major UK Housebuilder Safety Platforms has produced a product that greatly improves the safety of this task while not impeding or slowing down the installation process.

S.T.A Ladder System is £262.00 Plus VAT but inclusive of delivery. Delivery is next day nationwide!

Hello,

Edge Protection System

is the simplest way of securing open staircases against falls by construction site workers. In recent years staircase fall prevention has been highlighted by the HSE as one issue that has not been addresses adequately by the construction industry.

Consisting of just 3 different components, a vertical universal post, short telescopic steel tube and a long telescopic steel tube. This system makes ordering staircase protection easy and also ordering replacement parts that may be lost or stolen.

Most staircase can be secured with as little as 3 posts and 2 long telescopic bars and 2 short telescopic bars making an “L Shape” this configuration is available for £135.00 Plus VAT Plus £15 delivery.

Safety Platforms Ltd is proud to announce that it has launched the “STA” (pronounced STAR) System to market for the safe installation of roof trusses.

Safety Platforms have addressed and provided a safe solution to a safety issue that has been around for many years within the house building industry.

For many years and across the whole housebuilding sector the installation of roof trusses was usually done by a joiner who would fashion a ladder through nailing timber battens up to the apex of a roof to fix the highest trusses. This method was and is inherently dangerous and leaves the operative with a fall hazard of up to 5m. The STA system gives the roof truss installer 3 points of contact thus drastically reducing the chance of falls and injury.

The STA System safe truss installation system has been nominated for the “Best New Product” in the Health and Safety category of the Housebuilder Product Awards.

The STA System is £262.00 Plus VAT and available for next day delivery.
